Nimova Modular Plastic Formwork is now successfully recognized by the Hong Kong Construction
Industry Council (CIC) and confirmed by the Hong Kong government to be included in the Construction
Innovation and Technology Fund's (CITF) Pre-apprived List. Nimova formwork is approved to be considered
an advanced technology, and its development in the Hong Kong market is being promoted and supported.
Since January 23, 2026, Hong Kong clients purchasing Nimova formwork for construction can receive up to
$2 million HKD in funding, and those leasing the formwork can receive up to $1 million HKD.
The Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF), with an approved allocation of HK$1 billion,
was established by the Development Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
Region (DEVB) in October 2018. The Construction Industry Council (CIC) is commissioned by DEVB to be the
implementation partner. The CITF is established to encourage wider adoption of innovative construction
methods and new technologies in the construction industry with a view to promoting productivity, uplifting
built quality, improving site safety and enhancing environmental performance.
