Guangzhou Echom Nimova Technology Co., Ltd. is registered in Guangzhou, China. It was founded by two listed companies Kingfa Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (code: 600143) and Echom Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (code: 002420), plus investments from Mr. Hanguang Xian’s group of experts. After research and development, Nimova plastic modular formwork became a privatized business, with goals to push modular formwork in the grand scheme of the industrial revolution.
Nimova has successfully designed a plastic modular formwork system through research and development. The process includes high quality manufacturing, safety testing, receiving patents, and meeting the national formwork standards. Nimova is an eco-friendly product that can be reused many times and recycled, while improving construction efficiency.
Promoting the modular formwork industrial revolution can only be possible with the push of government policies. Over the years, Nimova has been setting and promoting a standard for modular formwork construction with South China Institute of Technology and the local government. With these standards and policies, modular formwork also helps to improve issues such as carbon neutrality and rural revitalization.
Dr. Mogan Sam is the company’s major shareholder. Other shareholders include technical staff and fund investors.
In 2020, Guangzhou Neo-one Technology Co., Ltd. was established to handle Nimova’s formwork leasing business. In collaboration with our NOPs (Nominated Operation Partners), we have established a standardized training program for formwork workers. In 2023, NIMOVA Intersales Ltd. was established in Hong Kong, overlooking our formwork projects in Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
