Nimova is a high precision plastic modular formwork system, setting leading standards in China’s modular formwork industry.
Nimova is not just a product manufacturer, we are a modular formwork construction solution provider, combining 10+ years of project experience, a solid technical support team with our plastic modular formwork system.
Nimova plastic modular formwork aims to replace timber formwork, and especially in non-typical building projects such as schools, hospitals, shopping malls, houses, factories, foundation, basement, podium floors, and low-rise buildings.
The Nimova formwork system is compatible with timber, steel, and aluminium formwork systems. Tailoring to each construction project, we are able to provide the best solutions in conjunction with these other formwork types.
Our technical support service also includes project analysis, buildability, quotation, and construction program. Onsite technical support includes construction plan, scaffolding and reinforcement plan, and solutions to work together with other types of formworks.
Since 2012, Nimova has dedicated its focus to come up with the best plastic modular formwork system and construction solutions, in order to push for an industrial revolution in modular formwork. Nimova was born from investments from two listed companies and private investment funds, accounting to over 500 million rmb. Nimova is backed by 2 generations, including 2 PhD experts.
Nimova is the chairman of China's plastic modular formwork committee. Working together with the government, Nimova is one of the editors-in-chief for writing the standards for China's plastic modular formwork industry.
In the past 10+ years, Nimova has about 3,000,000㎡ of formwork construction experience in various differnt types of building projects. Nimova has had numerous oversea projects, including the 64-floor T-ONE building in the Philippines and the Saudi Arabia government resettlement housing project.
In 2020, Nimova started leasing operations in Hainan and the Greater Bay Region. In 2024, Nimova has established office branches in Hong Kong and Malaysia that are preparing to open leasing businesses locally.
Nimova plastic modular formwork aims to push for an industrial revolution in formwork construction. Many other plastic modular formwork brands are solely manufacturers, and do not provide technical solutions or consultation. Nimova has invested huge resources in its research and development, and is the leader in its field. Nimova is part of the committee that sets official government standards in formwork construction, and we are exporting such standards internationally.
To achieve high precision results, Nimova plastic modular formwork is manufactured via injection moulding at 400°C, resulting in a working temperature range of -20 to 130°C. Compared to extrusion or compression moulding, injection moulding yields the best quality result and is the most expensive process. Working with fine steel moulds, Nimova uses its own formula to manufacture new materials. We have quality advantages over other plastic formworks that use secondhand materials for production.
Nimova plastic modular formwork has a manufacture variance of only 0.1mm. This contributes to high precision results in construction with fine finishing surfaces and variance of<4mm. Nimova's formwork system uses lock pins for connection, which is the best connection method recognized internationally. With lock pins, it is possible to pre-assemble the formwork and lift entire sections by cranes.
In construction, Nimova's formwork does not need to reinforce with tier-bars for sections under 1.6m. In many of our projects, Nimova has proved to be a great substitute for steel formwork.
Nimova plastic modular formwork is an International brand founded in China. We have participated in 10+ largescale projects overseas. Our formwork has been upgraded to its 6th version, and we incorporate the RFID microchip system for digital logistics management.
Nimova plastic modular formwork is an original product after years of indepedent research and development. With 40+ patents, Nimova is neither a counterfeit design nor a knockoff.
Formwork construction in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) has an output value of trillions of rmb every year. 90% of the construction are done with timber formwork, the traditional type of formwork.
Working with timber formwork is a form of craftsmanship, and the results greatly depend on each carpenter. Without an objective standard to formwork construction, it is difficult to manage the construction process and final results.
One day, if timber formwork is bannned for reasons such as carbon neutral policies or lack of raw materials, what will you do?
